This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.bagology.london (the “Site”).

We may collect your name, email, phone number, shipping address if you contact us directly for an order or quote via email, phone or any phone app we use for communication.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete or attempt to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
We may send you a reminder email if you have abandoned a cart on our website as you have shown Legitimate Interest (as per Recital 47 of the GDPR) and voluntarily provided us an email address.
NEWSLETTERS AND MARKETING EMAILS
There are two ways to voluntarily sign up for our newsletters and marketing emails:

• Sign up for newsletter on our website
If you have opted in for our marketing emails (when making an order or subscribed to our newsletter) and since have changed your mind – you can opt out at the bottom of any marketing email to stop receiving them. You can also contact us direct via email to ask us to opt you out
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
MINORS
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. We do not intend to collect data from minors
